- 01We offer a continuum of services for in-home care. Our PCAs and home health aides provide companionship, help with light housework, help with dressing or bathing, and offer reminders about medications.
- 02Unfortunately these services are not offered through Medicaid.
- 03We currently work with: Anthem, Optima, Aetna, VA Premier, Magellan, and Molina
- 04The number of hours of your care will depend on your needs, your care plan that is created by your care team, and your insurance's approval.
- 05Yes! However, the aide must be certified and interviewed within 24 to 48 hours. We do require passing a background check, even if you bring your own aide.
- 06Yes! However, family members are not allowed to work respite hours if they live with the patient.
- 07We do not provide transportation, but your Managed Care Organization may be able to assist. Contact them at the customer service number on your insurance card.
